Comprised of ongoing team workshops and 1:1 coaching sessions, we are able to create and deliver programs tailored to your specifications, including desired group behavioral outcome goals. We can meet your needs on duration (e.g. year-long program? 8-month program? what’s your timeframe?), meeting length and frequency (e.g. half-day every month? full-day every other month?), and overall theme/topic (e.g. change management? leadership development? team communication?). Alternating between group meetings and 1:1 coaching sessions with an UPwords, Inc. coach, team participants work on individual development needs as well as team dynamics.
*Your development “team” may be comprised of any group of individuals. We have had experience developing executive teams, work-group teams, high-potentials, as well as multi-functional cross-sectioned development teams (i.e. comprised of sales, manufacturing, finance, marketing, customer service, human resources, etc.). Group size typically includes 7-9 participants.
