We have created various “experience-based” leadership events/programs that have included a variety of activities like canoeing, cooking, and rock-climbing. We even created a program featuring a dance lesson! The team was very surprised to learn (last minute) we were heading to a dance studio for the first portion of our meeting. Post dance lesson, we engaged in hearty dialogue and debrief (where the magic happens!!), and the group had many take-aways related to “the business” including:
